What happens if it rains or if it’s scheduled to rain during the performance?

You should assume that the event will continue unless the venue states otherwise. Generally, the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre does not cancel events unless the weather is unusually bad. Check the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre X (Twitter), Instagram or Facebook pages or the official website for updates.

What do I do if I have lost an item at the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre?

You can fill in a lost item form with your contact information and the details of the item that was lost.

Can I tailgate in the parking lot?

You can usually tailgate in the parking lot – with some caveats. You can only take up one space, you can’t have alcohol, and you can’t put up camping equipment. You can barbecue, but you can’t have open flames. Call the box office if you’d like to make sure tailgating is allowed before your specific event.

Can I pay with a card at the concession stands in the venue?

Yes – in fact, the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre is cashless, so be sure to bring your debit or credit card with you.

When does the box office open?

The Meadow Brook Amphitheatre box office opens at 12 noon on days when events are scheduled to occur. It closes an hour after the event has begun.

Is sign language interpretation available?

Yes! You can request sign language interpretation through the venue’s online form. However, you must submit the request at least four weeks before the event or performance.

Is there open seating under the pavilion?

No, attendees purchase specific seats and must sit in the exact seat that was purchased.

Is there a private location for breastfeeding?

Yes, this can be done in the First Aid location.

Can I smoke or vape inside the venue?

Smoking or vaping isn’t permitted within “inside” locations such as in the restrooms and under the pavilion. It’s also not allowed by the concession stands.
