Meadow Brook Amphitheatre

The Meadow Brook Amphitheatre is a well-loved outdoor music venue on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Located north of Detroit, the amphitheater is perfectly placed for access to the city sights as well as all the excitement of a university campus. There are also plenty of great restaurants and fun activities that are close by.

In 1964, the amphitheater was constructed as a venue for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in the summertime. But it quickly expanded into hosting many different kinds of performances, which it has continued to do until this day. Prominent artists such as Lady Gaga, John Legend, Bryan Adams, and the Beach Boys have all performed at this location that’s perfect for a summer night out.
